Vinoz Chanamolu is the dynamic President and CEO of IndSoft., a prominent IT consulting firm based in Illinois. With comprehensive oversight of the company’s continuous advancement, steering the company’s strategic growth and vision. His extensive technical and operational expertise, combined with a strong business acumen, positions him as a recognized leader within the industry.
Vinoz holds a solid engineering foundation, reinforced by an MBA from Northern Illinois University. With over twenty-five years of SAP experience working and managing Fortune 500 client accounts, he has cultivated deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience in IT and project management. His ability to lead complex projects and drive technological innovation has been key to IndSoft's ongoing success.
Outside of his role at IndSoft, Vinoz is a highly regarded entrepreneur known for his broad array of successful businesses that not only thrive commercially but also benefit local communities. His ventures, including numerous restaurants across the United States and the Mall of India in Naperville, IL—Largest Indian mall in the USA—serve as cultural hubs and provide employment opportunities to countless individuals. Through his restaurant brand, Simply South, which was listed in the New York Times as one of the top 50 restaurants, Vinoz has created spaces that bring people together, enriching the local economy. Simply South is also the only Indian restaurant in the top 50.

His contributions extend well beyond business. Vinoz has earned several prestigious accolades, including the FIA Entrepreneur of the Decade Award. He has also received the AMEC Gandhi King Legacy Award for his inclusive leadership and efforts to unite various segments of the Indian community, all while promoting interfaith understanding and collaboration.

Poornima currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at the company, where she is responsible for overseeing business development, sales, and recruitment teams. With 18 years of dedicated service, Poornima has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic sales expertise, and a strong commitment to driving growth and success.
She is highly skilled in account management, sales, and client relationship building, with a proven track record of acquiring and developing key accounts. Her ability to identify new business opportunities and nurture long-term partnerships has been instrumental in the company's growth.
In addition to her sales and account management expertise, Poornima has extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment management. She has led both offshore and onshore recruiting teams, overseeing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to placement. Her comprehensive understanding of staffing solutions, particularly in IT, has enabled her to consistently deliver high-quality talent to meet client needs and drive team success.
Poornima’s leadership, combined with her deep experience in sales, recruitment, and business management, has made her an integral part of the company’s continued development and success. Poornima holds an MBA in Marketing from the Institute for Technology and Management, Chennai (India) (affiliated with Southern New Hampshire University), and a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business from Pondicherry University (India).
These qualifications have provided her with a solid foundation in business strategy, marketing, and management, strengthening her capabilities in leading sales initiatives and driving business development.
Poornima is deeply involved with her family and volunteers to organize and encourage the local community to participate in yoga and meditation camps hosted by the Art of Living, a world-renowned nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting mental health. She is passionate about traveling, painting, cooking, and jewellery making.

Robert Kruszewski is the Vice President of Strategic Accounts at IndSoft, Inc. With over 25 years of experience in IT services and solutions, including the last 12 years at IndSoft, Robert has played a key role in IndSoft's impressive growth trajectory, contributing to the company's recognition as one of America's fastest-growing IT service providers. At IndSoft, Robert is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and execution of the sales and business development initiatives.
His expertise lies in delivering tailored software development and staffing services that address the unique needs of industries ranging from ERP and CRM systems integrations to cloud migrations, data warehousing, security, and custom software solutions.
Before joining IndSoft in 2012, Robert held several leadership roles in sales and account management, including serving as National Technical Account Manager Sterling Commerce, now an IBM company.
A strong advocate for continuous improvement and client satisfaction, Robert is dedicated to helping clients leverage technology to create sustainable competitive advantages. His hands-on experience with a broad range of IT services has positioned him as a key figure in helping to shape IndSoft’s growth and long-term success.
Robert is a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana where he majored in Law and Public Policy. He has been blessed with two children, a son and a daughter. Robert’s interests include a deep passion for climbing the nation’s 14,000’ mountain peaks, or ‘14ers’ as they’re known, as well as golfing, water skiing and vintage boat and motorcycle restorations.
